Long Distance Marriage (LDM) is a social phenomenon that has intensified along with increased labor mobility, economic demands, and access to education. This condition poses serious challenges to marital harmony and resilience due to the physical separation of husband and wife over a certain period. This study aims to analyze the factors causing LDM, its impacts on family harmony, and the resilience strategies developed by couples to maintain marital stability. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method conducted in Batang Asai District, Sarolangun Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that economic factors, work contracts, and education are the primary causes of LDM. The impacts include positive effects such as improved economic welfare and appreciation of togetherness, as well as negative effects including loneliness, jealousy, dual role burdens, and social pressure. Marital resilience is strengthened through open communication, commitment, trust, social support, and spiritual values. This study concludes that marital resilience in LDM situations largely depends on couples’ adaptive capacities in managing distance, time, and emotions
